Blue Caves - Paxos

Have you ever been inside the Blue Caves of Paxos? When I first visited by boat, I knew I would one day bring that experience onto canvas.

Inside the caves, the water shifts endlessly — sapphire, turquoise, emerald, deep ultramarine. Light bounces and shimmers as if the sea itself were alive, powerful, almost hypnotic.

This painting is my abstract expression of that moment: layers of deep blue, turquoise, and white capturing the pulse of the Mediterranean.

It is soft yet fierce, still yet moving — like the sea itself, it re-energizes, reminding you that nature is always alive.
