Acrylics on canvas. Finished with a satin varnish.
“Blue Flowers” is part of my Life is Colorful series — a reminder that life has its highs and lows, and that after every low, a new high will come.
I created this painting in the depths of winter, when the world outside was icy and cold. I found myself longing for warmth, for the flowers of spring, and for the light of Greece. Perhaps that is why these abstract petals emerged in icy blues, turquoise, and gold, set against a crisp white background. Some viewers even see ice-blue eyes within the forms — a reflection of clarity, resilience, and quiet strength.
As you look at this painting, I hope it reminds you to hold on through the cold and still moments. Even in winter, there is beauty, depth, and the promise of brighter, warmer days ahead.
The original artwork can be viewed in person at the American Chiropractic Haus in Munich-Bogenhausen. Please reach out to the artist if you wish to arrage a private viewing.
