Our lives move in waves — up and down, dark and light. During the hard times, it can feel like the colors of life have disappeared for good. I’ve seen it firsthand while working in a psychiatric clinic, where many had lost all hope. But I’ve also witnessed the quiet strength it takes to hold on — and the moment when that strength turns into transformation.

This painting is for those moments. A reminder that no darkness lasts forever. That even if it takes time, more colorful, lighter days will come.
